Throughout her career, Kidada has led multi-state operations, managed multimillion-dollar business portfolios, developed high-performing teams, and designed training and development programs for some of the world’s most recognized beauty and retail brands, including LVMH, Sephora, MAC Cosmetics, and JCPenney.
At Sephora, she served as a Senior Area Education Manager.
Through Exodus Unlimited, she brings that perspective to organizational development, leadership, culture, and individual coaching.
Her work also includes change management, strategic planning, team effectiveness, wellbeing, curriculum design, facilitation, public speaking, and community partnerships.
Kidada is open to board and advisory opportunities aligned with leadership development, workforce wellbeing, and community impact.
